Why I Started ENSPIRd
A quieter way back into alignment
Hi there and welcome! I'm Elly.
ENSPIRd didn't begin with a business idea.
It began with a quiet question I couldn't ignore:
"Is this really all there is?"
Actually, the search for answers started much earlier.
When I was 12 years old, I discovered my first self-development and psychology books. While many kids were reading fiction, I found myself fascinated by what made people think, feel, grow, and thrive. I didn't realize it back then, but I was beginning a lifelong journey of understanding human behavior, well-being, and what helps people live more fulfilling lives.
For years, my life looked successful from the outside.
I was building a career, exceeding expectations, doing everything I thought I should be doing.
But inside, something felt off.
I was productive, capable, and responsible, yet often overthinking and moving through life slightly out of alignment. There was a sense that my days were full, but not always fully true to me.
A longing for something more.
More meaning.
More ease.
More joy.
When the world slowed during the pandemic, that inner question took on new weight, not because I was falling apart, but because I was watching so many people struggle.
There was fear.
Isolation.
Sadness.
A collective sense of uncertainty and loss of grounding.
And something in me stirred.
What became clear wasn't panic.
It was a calling:
We don't need to push harder.
We need a more aligned way to live.
I felt a deep responsibility to respond.
To offer steadiness, perspective, and tools that help people come back to themselves during uncertain times.
That clarity led me back to the practices that had supported me through earlier seasons of my life: self-awareness, mindset work, emotional intelligence, and the personal growth principles I had been exploring since childhood.
Coaching had helped me years before when books and podcasts weren't enough. It offered a customized approach, practical tools, and clarity.
In witnessing the world's need, I knew this was the work I was meant to bring forward.
I became certified and built a heart-centered, boutique coaching practice rooted in depth, presence, and meaningful transformation.
That practice became ENSPIRd.
Why “ENSPIRd”?
ENSPIRd is a blend of inspiration, spirit, and heart because meaningful change doesn’t come from force or perfection. It comes from alignment.
The heart in our logo is intentional. It reflects what this work is rooted in: compassion, courage, and the belief that fulfillment isn’t something you earn—it’s something you realign with.
ENSPIRd isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about helping you live in greater integrity with who you already are.
Who We Work With
We work with thoughtful, high-achieving individuals who appear to be what society may deem as "successful" on the outside, but internally feel stretched, misaligned, or quietly burned out.
You may be:
-
Doing all the right things, yet sensing something is off
-
Carrying a lot of responsibility without enough space for yourself
-
Successful by external standards, but feeling out of sync with what matters most
Our clients include professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs and leaders from many walks of life. What they share is a readiness to invest in themselves and realign their lives with what feels meaningful, grounded, and sustainable.
Our Approach
Coaching at ENSPIRd is private, spacious, and deeply respectful of where you are.
This isn’t about hustle, hype, or quick fixes.
It’s about slowing down enough to listen inward, recalibrate, and make aligned choices with clarity and confidence.
We focus on helping you:
-
Quiet the mental noise
-
Restore a sense of alignment and balance
-
Strengthen self-trust and inner clarity
-
Create a life that feels intentional, fulfilling, and true
An Invitation
