Why I Started ENSPIRd
Hi there! I'm Elly and welcome to ENSPIRd Life Coaching!
It didn’t start with a plan. It started with a question:
"Is this really all there is to life?"

Before ENSPIRd existed, I was working in a corporate job, climbing the corporate ladder — and checking all the boxes of what I thought life should look like.
​
From the outside, I looked like I had it all together. But on the inside, I was lost.
​
I was running on autopilot, stretched too thin, overthinking everything, and quietly suffering from a feeling I couldn’t shake: there has to be more to life than this.
​
More purpose. More peace. More joy.
​
And then the world stopped.
​
During the pandemic, like many, I felt the collective chaos. People were scared. Isolated. Grieving. I remember looking around and thinking, “There has to be a better way through this.”
​
That’s when I came back to the tools that helped me survive my darkest seasons—mindset work, self-awareness, and life coaching.
Coaching had helped me years ago when I couldn’t see a way forward. It gave me practical tools, real clarity, and hope when books and podcasts weren’t enough.
Now, I felt called to give that same gift to others.

So I got certified. I built a heart-centered coaching practice from scratch.
And ENSPIRd was born.

Why “ENSPIRd”?
I wanted a name that captured what I was feeling—a fusion of inspiration, spirit, and heart. That’s where ENSPIRd came from. The red heart in our logo isn’t just for show; it’s a daily reminder of what this work is rooted in: love, courage, and possibility.

ENSPIRd isn’t just a coaching brand—it’s a movement toward intentional living.
Toward healing. Toward finally choosing you.

The Board Certified Coach (BCC) has gone through extensive training and passed the Board Certified Coach Examination (BCCE), obtained experience in the field of coaching, have professional peer references and accountability to an enforceable ethics code, and a commitment to continuing education all to be among an elite group of coaches.
